Minimum Medicine can promote the defence against diseases
Our mind body system has a natural mechanism to defend the body against organisms that can cause an infection. Physical barriers and the immune system defend the body. Physical barriers include the skin, mucous membranes, tears, earwax etc. The immune system uses white blood cells and antibodies to identify and eliminate organisms that get through the body's physical barriers. Thus human body intelligently tries to keep the external harmful agents at bay.
In cases when body cannot promote the defence against the diseases, we need to remove these obstacles from the body and from the mind. These are nothing but immune deficiencies - a resultant of disorders in the immune system.
Our goal should be to remove the obstacles without any side effects, build up the immune system by optimizing metabolism of cells responsible for effective immune defences. This tonic effect for the immune system is achieved by introducing minimum doses of highly potent Homeopathic medicine.

The correct way to shampoo
The correct way to shampoo:
Wet your hair with lukewarm to cold water. Never use very hot water to wash your hair which could damage or irritate your hair. It is always advisable to use soft neutral water to wash. Apply a cap full of shampoo to your palms and rub together. Gently massage the scalp and roots down to the ends of the hair. Gently run the fingers through the hair to make sure that the shampoo is evenly distributed. Wait for around 3 minutes and then rinse it by allowing the water to run from the scalp to the ends evenly. Once the hair is rinsed thoroughly you are ready to condition them
CAUTION: Hair are very fragile when wet, so be gentle. Do not squeeze your hair.

SELF HELP GUIDE – SCALY SCALP
SELF HELP GUIDE – SCALY SCALP
Frequent dandruff influences hair loss. It is normal for skin cells to die and flake off; a small amount of flaking is normal and common. Dandruff is shedding of dry cells from the scalp which is often triggered by frequent exposure to extreme heat and cold. Scientific evidences have shown that fungus does play a role in causing dandruff. Approximately 45% of human population suffers from the problem of dandruff at any point of time. The problem can be very unsightly, which makes it an embarrassment, causes emotional distress. Most of the sufferers avoid wearing dark clothes as the presence of white flakes often becomes a cause of embarrassment in public and thus can affect a person’s social life.
How can it be prevented?
Do not scratch your scalp or use combs etc. to pick the scalp. Using any such tools will often worsen the scenario. The scalp is very sensitive; the hair products that you use can also irritate the scalp. Avoid using blow dryers.
Diet plays an important role. Make sure your diet contains vitamins E, B6 and B12, selenium and zinc. Flaxseed oil and oily fish also said to help prevent dandruff as they are rich in Omega 3 Fatty acids. Red meat like Mutton, Beef and pork should be consumed in moderation.
When should I see a Doctor?
If your scalp isn't getting better with these recommendations, or if it's red, inflamed or painful, then you must see your doctor to get it examined and treated.

CHOOSING A CORRECT SHAMPOO
CHOOSING A CORRECT SHAMPOO
Our scalp secretes natural oils to keep our hair lubricated. Shampoos often contain ingredients that wash off these natural oils from the scalp leaving behind harmful residual effect; they can make the hair unhealthy. Shampoo is a solution that is used to clean the exterior of your hair it does not reach the hair root to repair the damage. Shampoos can do a lot harm than good to your hair hence it is necessary to select a correct shampoo for your hair.
Tips:
Firstly identify your hair type. Is it oily? Normal? Or dry in nature. Choose a shampoo made specifically for your type of hair to keep them healthy & having optimum PH balance of the scalp which has been calculated as 7.
Normal hair type: Choose a shampoo that is made specifically for normal hair. Use the shampoo twice to three times in a week depending on how you are exposed to environmental pollutants.
Oily hair type: Choose a shampoo that has a mild detergent base. Use them regularly to wash off the dirt caused due to excess sebum (oil) production from the scalp.
Dry hair type: If you have dry hair, choose a moisturizing based shampoo that doesn't have detergents. If you have curly hair choose a moisturising shampoo.
CAUTION:
ü Do not experiment with different shampoos on your hair
ü Avoid conditioning shampoos if you have oily hair.

Hair Keratin Diet
Hair is composed mainly of the protein keratin. Keratin refers to a family of fibrous structural protein.Keratin is the key structural component of hair. Nutritional deficiencies & specific protein deficiencies can contribute to increased hair shedding by weakening hair shafts that cause breakage to the hair and slow regrowth. . Principal nutrients that are involved include vitamin A, certain B vitamins, the vitamin biotin, vitamin C, copper, iron, zinc, protein, and water. Foods that are derived from animals are high in proteins and increases keratin production. Best sources include cod, shrimp and tuna. Other sources include halibut, salmon, turkey and beef. Potential sources of keratin include legumes, such as kidney beans and lentils. Other sources include nuts; seeds and whole grains. Vegetables do not contain a large amount of protein. However good choices include mustard, greens, spinach, cauliflower, soybean corn, oats, peas and peanut butter which are good sources of high protein.

The first step to Healthy hair lies within your mind-II
The first step to Healthy hair lies within your mind-II
External stressors can play an important role in hair fall. Anything that constraints our freedom of expression, thought or action creates a situation of stress that out bodies and our minds would like to change. It results in a feeling of unhappiness and discontent. These stressors can influence us in various settings at work, home in social settings etc. Stressors lead to exhaustion, eating disorders and nervous conditions can also have a damaging effect on male hormones. When your hormones are out of whack, deficiencies that once lay dormant inside your body can begin triggering a series of events that can create havoc to your hair. A positive outlook can help you to cope better with stressful situations and can change your life for the better. Apart from keeping positive attitude certain food like caffeine, alcohol, excessive sugar intake and red meat increases stress levels. Munching on certain foods like oranges, Avocadoes, Almonds, Walnuts, Spinach and other green leafy vegetables helps reduce stress. Aim to incorporate more of the good foods into your diet and this will help you to control hair loss and stress too.
The first step to Healthy hair lies within your mind!
The first step to Healthy hair lies within your mind!
It is a known fact that more than 94% of hair loss cases are caused due to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). The male hormone DHT is responsible for shrinking hair follicle with which the hair follicle gets smaller and finer as they are genetically sensitive to this hormone. This is referred to as miniaturization with which the hair ultimately falls off.
Our mind body system has a natural mechanism to defend the bad effects of DHT on the hair follicle thus preventing it by thinning. Human body is intelligent and it tries to tackle all the obstacles and keep the problems at bay. All have the power to repair within ourselves and we need to trigger this process and stimulate hair to repair itself.
So the first step is to train your mind to get off from the feeling of despair due to baldness or due to chronic persistent hair loss. Train your mind to fight hair loss and more than half of the problem is solved. “Healthy hair is a reflection of healthy mind. Cure the mind and the body and hair will cure itself!” Once the thought process is healthy and positive it will reflect to give you healthy hair! ….To be continued
